We have just manufactured two electro-pneumatic control cabinets, for the mixing of argon and nitrogen, implementing Industry 4.0 concepts.  This is an automated and digitised control system used to create specific gas mixtures, improving the efficiency and quality of industrial processes.

Industry 4.0 has revolutionised the way companies work. Advanced technologies are integrated for the automation and intelligent control of industrial processes, improving their efficiency, precision and responsiveness. Our cabinets are equipped with systems that allow the gas mixing process to be efficiently controlled and monitored. They allow the flow rates and pressures of these gases to be automatically adjusted according to the required specifications. They incorporate sensors to measure the concentration of argon and nitrogen in real time, which allows the system to automatically adjust the proportions of each one to keep the mixture within the required values. In this way, we also manage to obtain precise data that help in decision making and allow preventive maintenance, which avoids unplanned shutdowns.

By the way, the cabinets are 6 metres long each and are the longest we have made in the 60 years we have been in the market. It has been a challenge to make them, but we have succeeded.
